Lindsay O'Connor

Often described as the “human dictionary,” Lindsay O'Connor is a wordsmith with a passion for helping people improve their lives through higher education.

After working in the entertainment industry as a music journalist and reviewer for a prominent Southern California-based publication, O'Connor accepted a position at a CBS news affiliate station as a hard-nosed, news sleuth, covering a variety of local, regional, and state-based news. As she interviewed people from diverse socio-economic backgrounds, O'Connor learned how important education is to improving the quality of life of all people.

“Education is king,” She says. “As we advance technologically, it is important for people to learn to use these new mediums to stay connected with the rest of the world. My goal is to help people learn to use education as a tool for transforming themselves and their communities.”
