BS in Accounting from Regis University

As a four year accounting program, the Bachelor of Science in Accounting Degree from Regis University will provide graduates with the skills needed to enter the workforce as managers, accountants, auditors and bookkeepers. The course is designed to also help students prepare for their examination to become a Certified Public Accountant or Certified Auditor within a specialization or to enter the workplace as an entry level accountant or auditor.

Graduates of the program will take classes that include financial planning and risk assessment, reporting, business practice, management, advanced accounting including software applications, legal and ethical issues in accounting as well as auditing, taxation, bookkeeping and budgeting. Students will have the option to choose from a variety of electives to specialize in one or more areas of business or accounting within the program.
