Graceland University's Master of Education in Collaborative Learning and Teaching degree program is instruction and curriculum based, and designed for K-12 teachers, around the National Board of Professional Teaching Standards five-core propositions.  Based over a two-year period, this thirty-term hour program is broken into many areas including action research, special topic courses and seminars.  For professional teachers that are working and already licensed, this program allows them to experience the dynamics of learning and working collaboratively, through cohort groups.

Graceland University offers the Master of Education in collaborative learning and teaching program online, giving students with family and work commitments the flexible academic schedule needed.  It is available day or night including weekends, seven days a week.  Graduates often pursue career options in a variety of positions including central office administrators, school board chairpersons, principals, educational consultants, academic deans, and vice-principals.
