BS in Cyber Security from Utica College

With a Bachelor of Science in Cyber Security Degree from Utica College students can prepare for a career in online security and investigation of online crimes. The degree is completed completely online, making it flexible for students but also allowing for intensive use of the various software and computer applications that are used in the profession.

Courses in the program are divided into two areas of concentration, information assurance, which is the proactive, preventative aspect and a forensic investigation concentration which is for determining and tracing online crimes after they occur. Both courses will contain some courses from each area, but students will typically concentrate their studies in one area through their choice of electives and options.
