AS in Geographic Information Systems from American Sentinel University

The Associate of Science in Geographic Information Systems (ASGIS) is geared towards persons interested in obtaining knowledge that will help them to obtain entry-level positions in the computer science field. Students in this program will be given a balanced education by studying mathematics, natural sciences, social science, humanities, and oral and written communication. Graduates will be able to interpret and design maps, acquire GIS data from a variety of sources, utilize GIS software to store and manage spatial data, and much more. Courses in this program are open for enrollment two times a month.
